I worked for a while in Portland just on the other side of the Hawthorne Bridge. This was taken walking home one night around Christmas time (it was one of those cloudy Portland nights that made for awesome photos because the clouds reflected all the city lights back). You can see the structure and lights of the convention center at the focal point of the photo.
